NY Whiskey Sour

FRE Alcohol-Removed Cabernet Sauvignon

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Whiskey Alternative
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • ¾ oz Simple Syrup
  • ¾ oz Egg White
  • ½ oz FRE Cabernet Sauvignon
Instructions:
  1. To make the drink, combine 2 oz of Whiskey Alternative, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Without adding ice, “dry shake” for at least 30 seconds.
  3. Open the shaker, add ice, close the shaker then shake for 10-12 seconds.
  4. Strain into a double rocks glass with a big piece of ice.
  5. Using the back of a bar spoon, float the red wine by slowly pouring the red wine on the back of the bar spoon so that the red wine goes to the side and floats just under the foam.
