Herby Derby Mocktail

Makes: 1 8oz drink

This mocktail was inspired by the classic Kentucky Derby Mint Julep. You’ll combine FRE Alcohol-Removed Moscato, herb simple syrup and soda water for a well-balanced, light and refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail. Ingredients:

3oz FRE Moscato
1oz Herb simple syrup (recipe follows)
3oz Soda water

Directions:

Combine all ingredients, pour over crushed ice.

Herb Simple:

Handful of fresh herbs — we used basil, mint, sage and rosemary
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Bring all ingredients to a simmer, simmer 30 mins, until sugar dissolves, liquid is syrupy and green
