Ingredients:

1-2 bottles of FRE Alcohol-Removed White Zinfandel
Mint sprig, for garnish

Directions:

Pour 1 bottle of FRE White Zinfandel into a freezable serving vessel or baking dish and place in the freezer. Every 2-3 hours, remove from the freezer and scrape with a fork to create shaved ice. Granita is ready when it is fully frozen in shaved pieces, about 8-10 hours. Scoop mixture into your favorite glass and top with fresh mint.
