- 4 ounces Fre Chardonnay
- 1/2 ounce ginger simple syrup*
- 1 ounce peach nectar
- 1/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Sprig of mint
Pour all ingredients, except nutmeg, into a mixing glass, with ice. Stir, then strain into white wine glass. Garnish sprig of mint.
* Bring 1 cup of water, 2 cups of sugar and a 1” long piece of peeled fresh ginger to a boil, then reduce temperature and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool, and refrigerate.
