- 2 ½ oz. Fre Red Wine
- 6 Raspberries
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 2 tsp. Cocoa powder
- Garnish: Belgium chocolate shavings and raspberry-mint skewer
Rim chilled Martini glass with cocoa powder. Set aside.
In a small bowl muddle raspberries and sugar. Pour in Fre Red Wine and stir in cocoa powder. Add mixture into cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Double-strain into cocoa-rimed Martini glass. Garnish with Belgium chocolate shavings and raspberry-mint skewer.
